Heather Creek
Adjunct Artist / Dancer
Heather is an original cast member of alight's debut work, Speechless, which premiered on the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage. She began her dance training at the Gem City Ballet in Dayton, Ohio. She has also studied at the Virginia School of the Arts, the Burklyn Ballet and North Carolina Dance Theater. In 2006, Heather received her B.F.A. in ballet and her B.A. in political science from Texas Christian University. She has performed with Ballet Concerto, Contemporary Ballet Dallas and the Texas Legacies Theater Company. Heather is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
